Jason
Carswell.
Jason’s perspective was forged in three demanding environments: military leadership, enterprise technology, and business ownership.
As a former U.S. Army Ranger, he learned to lead with discipline, adapt under pressure, hold the standard, and keep the mission clear when conditions are not.
Across more than 15 years in defense, aerospace, and corporate technology environments, he has led engineers and worked deeply in enterprise networking, infrastructure, secure communications, unified communications, and modernization efforts where reliability and consequences matter.
As an entrepreneur and advisor, he also understands the other side of the table: the owner carrying the risk, funding the decision, managing the people, and living with the outcome after the consultant leaves.
